Every piece at Arte Collective is made-to-order. We have made every effort to provide an accurate representation of our products. We do not warrant that the quality of any products purchased will meet your expectations, and all descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Arte Collective reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Please review your order carefully; as our products are custom-printed, we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted. Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, or handling charges, which will be calculated at checkout. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Our products are shipped within the United States.

  • Production Time: Please allow up to 5 business days for printing and quality control.

  • Shipping Time: Once dispatched, shipping typically takes 2 to 3 business days. All delivery times are estimates. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content included in our Services, such as text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Arte Collective or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only.
