Thank you for choosing Arte Collective. Here is how we handle your order, from the printer to your doorstep.

1. Delivery Area

We ship exclusively within the United States to ensure the fastest and most reliable service from our US-based stock.

2. Timelines: Printing + Shipping

Because we print every piece to order, your delivery time consists of two steps:

  • Production (Printing): It takes up to 5 business days to print and quality-check your art.

  • Shipping (Transit): Once printed and picked up by the carrier, shipping usually takes between 2 to 3 business days.

    Total Estimated Time: Most customers receive their art within 5 to 8 business days after placing their order.

3. Shipping Addresses & Restrictions

Please provide a valid, complete physical address at checkout.

  • PO Boxes & Military Zones: We do not deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses, as our carriers cannot guarantee safe delivery.

  • Address Errors: If an invalid address causes a delay or a return, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the order.

4. Tracking Your Art

The moment your order is printed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can follow its journey directly through the link provided.

5. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in over 5 business days, please let us know. If a package is officially confirmed as lost by the carrier, we will send a free replacement immediately.
